Mission of Drug and Alcohol

To create a consumer-friendly drug and alcohol system that is efficient and effective. This mission is based on the belief that individuals can make positive changes in their lives. That through prevention, intervention and treatment individuals can be empowered to improve the quality of their lives, and ultimately to maximize their potential as contributing members of the community.

Responsibilities of Drug and Alcohol

Our agency is designated by the PA Department of Health, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Programs as the administrator of drug and alcohol services at the local level.
